Haraya Group LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. This Copyright Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement on our Platform.

Material displayed on our Platform has been collected from a wide range of resources, people, and partners, including but not limited to free websites, newsgroups, and other sources, and are believed to be in the 'public domain' or licensed for use.

Our site operates by allowing users to share their imagery and experiences alongside their itinerary. Users are required to confirm they are the owner, or have rights to upload images before they do so. If there is any situation whereby your imagery hasn't been provided by a user with proper authorization, please contact us immediately.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the Haraya Group LLC Platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address;
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid copyright notification, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material of the removal or disabling of access.
• Take reasonable steps to notify the user of your complaint.

Counter-Notification

If your material has been removed or access to it has been disabled as a result of a copyright notification, and you believe that the material is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material; and
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Haraya Group LLC is incorporated, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright notification or an agent of such person.

Misrepresentation

Be aware that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages under applicable law (including costs and attorneys' fees).

Other Concerns

If you find something explicit, unethical, inappropriate, etc., that does not necessarily fall under copyright infringement, please contact us at copyright@harayagroup.com with the material title and your cause for concern. We will assess it and if it deems fit, we will delete the material or make appropriate adjustments immediately.
